Browse Forums Home Theatre & Automation 1 Dec 18, 2012 2:01 pm We are planning on having wall mounted TVs in both our theatre room and living areas and the builder has used 'intelligent home' to install conduits for running of cables down the wall (at cost to us). We also have a power point and extra conduit in theatre for running speaker wire up to roof for in ceiling speakers. When they drafted their plan and sent to us, we were initially a bit concerned about bracket placement conflicting with conduits in the wall. They assured us that it would be all fine so we went ahead. Yesterday they finished all the electrical in the house and below are photos of the theatre and living wall. From seeing this we are again concerned about the placement of wall brackets conflicting with the conduits. Obviously the brackets will sit slightly higher than the 3 conduits grouped together (1200mm high) but its more either side that seems the worry if we want the TVs centred on the wall. Anyone have any thoughts on this?? Building the Riva by Dale Alcock Homes. You will be able to see exactly where all the cabling is by the boxes/plates on the wall??? Building the Riva by Dale Alcock Homes.
