They allowed our cabler onsite but could not finish until hand over. Allowed us to have speaker cables, plus 2 data points to most rooms. Your pricing sounds quite cheap from the builder and we would have gone that way if it was available. Called the cabler, he worked whole day, charged me the top dollar but still the work was excellent and the cost will be half of what the builder wanted.
