The correct material for a 2.35:1 screen up to 150 inch diametre can be purchased for about $500.00 including freight from the USA. Check out seymourav.com. I am in the process of building my own HT now and I have purchased this material. Cost about $250.00 and about the same for Fedex from the USA. Making a frame is pretty inexpensive and should not prove overly difficult for someone with basic handyman skills or get your chippy to make you one up. You may find 120 inch too large or too small. Just bear in mind that 2.35:1 will give a smaller picture for 16:9 viewing, as your bars will be at the sides of the image and not top and bottom. If you watch mainly movies, I would go scope. Best of luck Greg We already paid for somfy motors for the blinds.
