Looking at spending between 1.5 - 2k Just wondering if these would be ok? https://www.audiotrends.com.au/shop.php ... itemId=833 Re: Home theatre speakers 2Apr 19, 2011 11:46 pm Hi Steelr, The paradigm are good but if your budget goes a bit closer to the $2k mark there are some other options open to you. Re: Home theatre speakers 3Apr 20, 2011 1:41 pm I'm a big fan of paradigm speakers - their Studio line is very good value from money and terrific sound. http://www.paradigm.com/products/paradi ... dio-series I love those speakers and almost purchased a pair a few years ago, but got lucky and got a good deal on martin logan electrostatic panels. My favourite range of theirs is the Monitor range and has been my favourite range of speakers from any manufacturer for a few years now, punching well above their weight for what they cost. The Cinema range is very good for these same reasons - superior quality for a more than competitive price. If you are interested in a set of them I can give you a quote (I deal directly with their distribubtor here) - I actually sold a set of Cinemas to another user here just before Christmas.
