You can:
A: Look it up in TV week
B: Look it up in the green guide
C: look it up online
D: Read the daily paper
or
E: Use the inbuilt 7 day EPG that now works in everyones digital TV from today (19th November 2007)

I use a digital STB with inbuilt HDD. Currently you can only see what's on currently & the next program (in the OSD 'info' box) and press the correct button to automatically timer-record the selected program - and it records it based on when the TV station changes over the program listing, not strictly on a time basis.
