A new client the other day asked me how to get his foxtel around the house without the need for cables etc. He wanted to have his foxtel box downstairs in the living room and be able to watch it upstairs as well. With this handy little device you can! Or you an pay foxtel $20 per month for a second box!! Re: A way to share AV Devices around your house - Foxtel, DVD. 2Nov 19, 2007 1:53 pm My understanding of it is, that if you want to wtch antoher channel you can only do that with the additional Fox Box, is that right?? With this handy little device you can! Correct Gav! You can only watch the same channel. It is handy however when you want to put the box in the main living area and you want the kids to have foxtel in their living area / playroom. They can watch their shows in the afternoon and you can watch yours at night and still only have one box. Its not another dvd / foxtel box. It just gives you the freedom to watch another device in another area... Re: A way to share AV Devices around your house - Foxtel, DVD. 5Nov 19, 2007 2:10 pm We had the extra foxtel box. Especially on weekends we clashed with what we wanted to watch. Not sure if we are able to get Foxtel in the new place so one of these might come in handy. Or we could revert to a DVD like we have in the past. Re: A way to share AV Devices around your house - Foxtel, DVD. 6Nov 19, 2007 2:15 pm **Phoenix** We had the extra foxtel box.
