What would you do if the draw wire would get stuck when pulling cables ? At frame stage no cable is connected to Telstra network, but this job should be done by registered cabler. For one of the draw wires the electrician( who was the one putting the conduits etc in) tried to just use a draw wire with no conduit. BUT we insisted on the draw wire going in a conduit since we'd paid for one and I was worried about it getting stuck or catching . ( we have double brick and there were regular ties between the wall insulation and the 2 brick layers. We already paid for somfy motors for the blinds.
