Browse Forums Home Theatre & Automation 1 Jul 19, 2009 9:29 am Hi, I recently purchased some jbl in-wall speakers for a upcoming house build. 1 pair for in-wall surrounds and another pair for second zone ceiling speakers. I have seen that there is a 'rough in kit" available for these speakers - are these worth while in a new build? what exactly do they do? I may have to get the kits from the US so they wont be cheap - Any thoughts/advise? Thanks Re: Rough in Kits for In-wall speakers 2Jul 19, 2009 5:47 pm I never use them (and have installed many). Jamo also have them but the Aussie importer - although importing the entire In-wall/In-ceiling range - do not import the rough-in kits. Hi guys, first time building a house.
