Couple of months ago, we turned the tv (42PFL9632D) on as per usual, except theres no picture (sound still works) ...to cut a long story short, it was still under warranty, so was picked up, repaired and returned to us in about 3weeks
its been about 4weeks since then, and exactly the same thing has happened!! I am so frusterated to say the least, as this time I think its going to fall outside the warranty... Is there a known fault/problem with these panels, whats the reasoning behind it? Is it worth contacting Philips to complain about the same thing happening within a space of 8weeks, and will they repair it if its just outside the warranty since it was a pre-existing problem? surely its not acceptable?
