Simply running magical 'pull wires' does not guarantee you will be able to easily run speaker/audio/video cables after the place is finished, if at all in some cases (they can easily get caught on whatever struture they are passing over when trying to pull them through, and what happens if you can't get to or even see where that is happening?). You may find yourself cursing the decision not to run the wires when you had access before the plaster went up. I recommend putting some thought into the setup you want, and the gear, and go about installing the required cabling before the plaster... Hi Thanks to Rodda and Pugs, yes i decided to put in the speaker cable directly instead of pull wire. Put enough speaker cable in the rumpus for a 7.1 setup, however, restricted to a wall speaker at the rear while the front can have either floor or wall. Just a simple setup to cater for a home theatre system (highly likely those that come in a box type instead of separate system. Not really a sound aficionado. Thanks again.
