Gday, I am about to move in to an older place. There is one aerial/antenna point in the bedroom. I would like to move this to the other side of the room and also put an aerial point in the lounge room. I assume I can split the cable with some kind of connector.
My question is how do I physically move that cable to the other side of the room? Is there a place where you can feed it down between the bricks? How will I know where the end of my fed cable is in relation to the skirting board/bottom of the wall/new aerial point location?
I have often wondered how this is done when sparkies install extra power points etc.
It is a solid brick 1930 bungalow. The aerial point is currently on an inside wall.
Thanks heaps for any help.
