TopField TF7100HDPVRt V's Beyonwiz DP-P1 - install results

Hi all

Recently tried both of these product, though I would share my opinion

First off, installed the Topfield unit, found the initial setup to be quite complex with most functions not working first go...needed to play a bit.

Issues:

1. ICEtv "reload schedule" .........how?"
2. Static (pop'ing) through Amp during channel change.
3. Not straight forward to configure......
4. Can not play AVI files....

Second, returned Topfield to JB and let then know our poor experience...

Went for the Beyonwiz (this was our original option...but we thought we would try the topfield first.. cheaper)

The beyonwiz was a breeze to configure, the menu is very intuitive and easy to use. we have every functionality setup within no time.... ICEtv, Streaming movies from the PC, and copying recordings to the PC from the Unit....

The "Tivo" style "time shifting" is fantastic and works seamlessly.....

P.S. I have read lots of other posts regarding good results with the Topfield, however my experience was not positive.
