BTW, we're paying $2,300 for a Hills Home Hub networking pack from Simonds. This includes 5 data points, 5 TV points and 5 phone points (+1 for the alarm), though the data/phone ports are interchangeable.

We are building in a Telstra Smart Community. We've just finished our electrical plan and are installing phone and tv points throughout the house at a considerable extra expense, as the company only provide free one tv and phone point.
