LCD TV for spa area

We have an outdoor spa area that we are thinking about putting in a TV. Looking at options for an LCD on a swing arm attached to the brick wall..

My question is - would it be better to just by an LCD TV with inbuilt tuner, or get an LCD monitor and somehow try and rig it up to my HTPC which is inside? Obviously there would be a fair bit of cabling involved in that).

Or the other alternative would be to get an LCD monitor and just attach a standalone TV tuner box.

Has anyone done this, or have any good ideas? Not looking to spend the earth on this either
