Thats why there are no recent reviews. There is a non refundable 1k admin fee to get a quote, then 9k to accept it. The owner needs to get rid of excess spoil, Which can reach up to 2k The owner is liable to pay the builder if there are delays. There is about 30+ pages of “special conditions” in the contract where the owner can be liable to pay. It includes saline affected area, service connections, restrictions or easements, council, land developer, engineers requests, additional piering.
