Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Aug 12, 2020 10:10 pm Hi everyone, We found a block of land we liked on a south-facing slope, 2nd highest lot with a cut out pad in NE corner of a 600m block. After trying several different plans that would suit it we've come up with these two. Would like some feedback on the suitability of the plans. I'm concerned that we won't be left with much of a backyard/fenced area because the flat pad doesn't have much left over space. The north side of the lot (Left from the street facing the house) has a big house on it as well so any windows on that side of the house won't see much, whereas the SW corner will have good views. Let me know if anything stands out to you! Thanks in advance!
