HI we had our land contract checked with our solicitor, he gave some inputs to change like land tax should be paid by the developer ect.. we didnt pay anything at all during settlement. My site is classified P but the soil reactivity was rated at 20-40mm according to the soil test. The P for my site is due to neighbouring trees. The slab classification for mine is class M. The external wall between the ceiling level and the joinery level is fibre cement CSR cladding. I believe they are called window infills and can be upgraded to vinyl cladding for better insulation. We didn't ask Ausbuild if they do this because we didn't see the need for more insulation. Hello yes but we are building in Pallara. we used By the rules- brendan is his name. he was very good for us. easy to reach and call. he changed some in the contract we ended up paying nothing. didnt charge extra for reading the contract as well as it is part of his basic charges. some will charge you for it. and all the questions you might ask or let them do, There may be answers here but can't find anything.
