Why have you used two types of bricks?
Main brick is cream which we are planning to render after handover and front is feature brick which is zinc cat 8.
First reason our garage door is surfmist Metallica which has more shine on it when reflect light on it and Zinc is high shine brick. When Henley will put garage door that's where we will get the best look out of our feature brick.
Secondly to match dark and light theme of the house, if you notice our facade front windows, cladding is charcoal same as the feature brick and roof, garage door and render is surfmist.

Looking to tile the facade pillars rather than rendering. Builder is quoting 2500$ laying cost for upto 10msq. The 2 pillars come to be 16msq. So laying costs are 5000$…
