I know a recent customer. Eagle contracts make customers not publish anything on a public forum. Thats why there are no recent reviews.
There is a non refundable 1k admin fee to get a quote, then 9k to accept it.
The owner needs to get rid of excess spoil, Which can reach up to 2k
The owner is liable to pay the builder if there are delays.
There is about 30+ pages of “special conditions” in the contract where the owner can be liable to pay. It includes saline affected area, service connections, restrictions or easements, council, land developer, engineers requests, additional piering.
Legal advice mentioned the contract is high risk
Dont accept the quote until you have seen the contract and what they have to offer at the colour selection

Hi guys, I am/was also considering Eagle homes to build a house for me because their presentation and model houses are very good. Can you please share your experience with them. I am really worried about their hidden cost.. .
Will appreciate if you can help me out.

Hi Ali. Reading from that GGG wrote I would be running for the hills. There are many more builders out there that would help make your experience pleasant. Do a search on them and on other forums and make an informed decision. Good luck x
