Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 24, 2020 2:40 pm Hello All We've just heard from our builder about a slight change in the elevation and have been given a couple of options to pick from. Would you recommend cladding or moulding for the front elevation? I am still waiting on the exact material they are going to use but in general want to know the pros and cons. Please see the image below, the cladding/moulding will be the area in light brown with the vertical grooves. Thank you very much in advance. Agree, Riviera from Clarendon looks beautiful. I've seen one with a light-colored bricks and just a bit of molding (in my neighborhood). It's definitely overpriced.
