Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 02, 2021 10:13 pm I had my first meeting with Clarendon Homes in June. At that time they told me the that there's a 10% discount in the Base Price including any facade. The next/second meeting was postponed and they told me otherwise, that there is a 10% discount in just the Base Price (so excluding the facade prices). I was looking through the Clarendon Homes website and found out that there was actually a 10% discount on the Plus Price and not the Base Price. Has anyone signed the contract with the 10% in Plus Price? If so, what amount do you get the 10% discount from exactly? Does anyone know more about this?
