Has anyone built with custom builders either MANKO or KUBER homes in NSW , SYDNEY?
Could not see much experience written by people built with them apart from the photos that they have of their build on Facebook pages
Appreciate further information from customers who has built or gone thru the analysis and comparison

Regarding Manko, apart from Architect and costs which you mentioned above, howz their quality and deivery timeframe. Hey, not sure who Nanak is, Never heard of them, Kubers quality and delivery timeframe is good and customer service is friendly which isn't the case with Manko. Kubers quality is certainly better while inclusions may not be. I know people built with Manko for inclusions and they cried during the entire.build process. Almost all my phone calls went unanswered and finally someone contacted me to arrange a visit to one of their sites. After that site visit when I tried to contact them over the phone became unreachable again. Sudars Manko is Crap, and people don't realise they are paying a fortune for a poor quality material. Build it and you will know about it. There is south Asian builders fooling people into inclusion trap and they are one of them, bad quality material, poor workmanship, poor communication, and greed of more… 0 607 4 1094 I am hoping to meet with them next year about a build.
