I am considering buying a house and land package in Box Hill NSW for $740000 with Trend Connection Homes. Same package was $720k last year.They say the land price has gone up by $20,000 recently due to Homebuilder.
The land is now valued at $450000 for a 300m2 land with a 10.5m frontage.
I am worried the bank valuation will be significantly less. Does anyone have a gauge on what the banks valuation may be?
