The specification is pretty low by the looks of what you have posted I.e. Zincalume roof, very basic tapware. Thank you for your reply. It is a standard model from the available designs of the builders. One thing I did not see on the list is the structural guarantee, so I will ask the sales rep. Once you have signed a PWA your more or less locked in and at the mercy of what the builder wants to charge. There has been a dramatic shift in suppliers and some trades submitting price increases so the longer you wait there maybe a chance of a price rise.
