Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 22, 2020 10:43 pm Hi, Our neighbouring building has just completed their landscaping today. We are built to boundary. When I got home I’ve noticed they’ve put three trees up against our wall on the boundary side, they’re currently not very tall but I’m afraid they will grow and can cause foundation damage? Photos below.. would we have a leg to stand on with the neighbouring property to request they be removed? I believe it is still under ownership of the builder (it is a spec home). Thank you. I have contacted the builder and they have said they have passed this onto their landscaper to advise if this will be an issue. Thanks Dan. I have already checked this as we were informed about the termite line and the role it plays luckily they have not covered it A survey must’ve completed by a certified surveyor.
