Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 19, 2020 5:37 pm Hi all, new here and very new to the building scene. We are building our first home, looked at many display homes, lots of land, designs, etc. Really like the price and look of Homecorp Constructions. Affordable but high quality (Bosch Products) and very easy ability to move rooms, extend sections, etc. Feels a lot more like we're designing our home rather than sticking to cookie cutter restrictive options. However, Homecorp appear relatively new (2014 ABN) and I can't find much info on the way of reviews. Has anyone had any experience with Homecorp Constructions? Furthermore, regardless of feedback regarding the company, what should I be looking out for in terms of the build, and contracts in general? What should I ensure is in writing, and how can I stop amendments to the pricing irrespective of the sales guys saying "she'll be right mate." If there's a FAQ section that's more appropriate than making a topic, then let me know. Thanks in advance everyone The house in question - https://homecorp.com/display-home-edison $244,000 ish after all inclusions we wanted. Good or bad price? Hi all.
