2350/1200 if im not wrong

Do you have high ceiling 2700? And why two different bricks around the porch ?

We have selected 2590 ceiling considering heating and cooling cost, our main brick is cream and feature brick is zinc...

cream brick will be all render and zinc will expose

Ok .. I’m afraid we have chosen 2040x1020. When We saw it as big when we select colours

2040 is also a decent size. What is your ceiling height and what is the door size for rest of the house?

Ceiling size is 2590 and we haven’t upgraded other doors because We had to spend much for balcony and shower in down floor

I just realised the doors will look to small for that ceiling size, talk to your administrator and see what they can do in this case, but its a big change to make.

As we have not change our ceiling height for upstairs and doors look too small compare to downstairs.

I think , when the ceiling is 2590, 2040mm the door will look bigger .when the ceiling is 2700, we have to have bigger door (2340) , other wise the door will look small . To be honest I thought your one is 2040. May be it’s only for the photos

We have selected as per pointcook display considering its ceiling and door height. Which was looking too good. We have selected most of our colours as per display which help us alot. Or else you have to wait for the house to get complete to see the look

Do you know who made the door? Is it a Hume door?

Mahesh 2040 is a standard height door, 1020 is slightly wider than a normal width door (which is 820)

Its made of Corinthians which is not standard door, we have paid extra for that...

Ok, I’m just trying to find a solid timber panelled door, most are veneer, it seems that one is also a veneer.

This one is solid timber, its not veneer.

I'm pretty sure Corinthian and Hume doors are all solid timber with a veneer overlay.
They are made well but aren't solid feature timber. Typically will be Meranti core with a veneer.
If you want solid feature timber doors you normally have to go to a specialist joinery company and have them custom made, and they are very expensive.

The Corinthian and Hume options are a good sweet point of look and price hence the reason they are used on project homes.

Unless it's one of their cedar doors, then they are solid cedar.

This kind of doors from Corinthian is not cheap. These doors more durable as well as more beautiful.
