hi all
Need ur advise on retaining wall..what footing should be used? One person quoted with road base footing and the blocks will be filled with gravel sand. Is that good enough?

Height at max is 1mt, then drops to about 80cm and then 60cm. All together about 11mts long and is to replace an existing timber retaining wall. The retaniwall is about 1mt from the fence with adjoining property and will just be used to plant small herbs and plants.
