Burbank Homes or Highmark Homes?

Hi everyone, just joined. We are getting ready to build our first home and like designs by Burbank and Highmark but we are hoping to get some past user experience on both of these builders? We are looking to build in the Ballarat area. Can people please share their experiences good and bad? Trying to determine which may be better for us. Highmark seem to have many more inclusions with their complete package but I'm concerned about that being too good to be true.
