Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 09, 2020 5:59 pm Hi all, Hoping to get some advice. We have a narrow block (7.620m) and plans to build a 3 bed, 2 bath single story house (with a width of 5.296) in Melbourne. Total house will be 110m2. Just hoping to get some advice on what the rough cost might be for a weatherboard house. Can anyone recommend builders who might specialise in this kind of block, or who will offer good rates to do the job? From what we can see, there is nothing too difficult about building the house (flat block and access either side of the house). I see volume builders don't offer anything this narrow, so wanted to get advice on our options. Thanks!
