One north facing window should be fine. - Master has a window facing east but none in south side. I would prefer one in the south instead but that’s personal preference as I don’t like waking up with the sun. Obviously if your views are better that way then keep that window. - Guest en-suite and powder, is there a way to shift things around? I just feel like a toilet backing on to the wall of a theatre room would be awkward re sounds.
