Builder 3? will explain why its necessary and minimise $ticker$hock lol..Sounds like a sales promotion comedy act The key is the certified engineering plans Ignore the builders sales BS Builders have a tendency to bump engineering costs after you are locked in and clients think/trust it's the norm.
