I'd prefer to pinch a bit of space from the linen or elsewhere so you can get the vanity into the toilet. I would also flip the toilet. Why is the door of the toilet so far from the main bathroom. Put the toilet where the door is and the door opening up opposite the bathroom. This will also make it easier for your kids to go to the toilet late at night. Swap Bedroom two for the activities room (can it be bigger) so all three bedrooms are closer together, near the toilet and away from the front door. I had another meeting with the designer and he's gonna tweak it a bit. I'll be moving bedroom 2 to where activity is now for safety reasons. I'll also move the vanity into the toilet.
