Also , for the square set cornice , is it better to use the same color for both ceiling / wall - a more seamless look ?
Or , it is ok to use different color (ceiling vs wall) - which might give some contrast ?
Any suggestions ?

Looking at middle of jan for final inspection. Rather get data cable and get a good system like Hikvision or Dahua. He has been great so far. We haven't started building yet but we've had a few issues with Melbourne water and a neighbour who is worried about a tree and he has been really helpful. The pool company have also been beyond helpful and proactive for the same issues above. We are using Momentum pools, wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. We aren't in the country at the moment so its been invaluable having someone to count on for all these little issues that has cropped up!
