We just have 90cm above the raised 2.7. Do these face North? We have windows under the higher set of windows (not doors) and high ceiling is 3.6m. The alfresco doors are 2.7 and wrap around to the dining room which has 2.7m ceiling. Our doors are stegbar, double glazed. And the range up from the standard (aluminar I think). The raised ceiling gives such a sense of space and light. We love it. Our rear faces North. I'm all for natural light and sunshine. We spent close to 2 years in a process with TA. It was horrible..... we got to tender, and the first cut was 50% over our budget which "they care such about meeting ". We… 18 27185 Thank you so much everyone. This all makes a lot of sense. I guess when you talk to a builder who butters up everything to look very polished, you get to start believing… 7 17511 thank you! do we need to get this or our builder before we commence new build on the block? 2 10404 |
