After revisiting (and drooling) at their website for the 100th time this year, I suspect H3nley (SA) just jacked up their prices by 10K and then advertise a "10K greenfields saving". Is it just me ??
I am looking to build the Wiltshire sometime soon and I swear the "discounted " price they are advertising now was the same as the "normal " price a few weeks ago.
As an aside, i have discovered the victorian H3nley website offers a number of variations to this floorplan, whereas the SA website does not. Does anyone know if the H3nley SA will be able to build one of these "victorian wiltshire's" for the same cost/m^2, or do you think they would hit me up for 10K for the variation ? If I could, I would copy stormys castle plans for sure...hope you dont mind
I love the house, but as a matter of principle would probably not go ahead with the deal if they charged me for something that they already hold the plans to...
oh, and finally - anyone know what is this clendon vale stuff they are advertising ? Just a an excuse to jack up the prices by 20K ? Their old designs look the same as the "clendon range", just a little more expensive.
