Hi Everyone
Our building surveyor has got himself suspended (not related to our house). Essentially we now need to get a new surveyor for our project and process the 'change of surveyor' form through the VBA
On the form it says it takes 30 working days to process, which seems like an eternity. And with COVID, i expect this to take longer.
Is anyone able to confirm that no more building works can commence until this form is fully processed by the VBA? Or can the new surveyor start work once the application has been lodged?
