Hey guys just bought land in taylor private estate (caversham) perth/WA
I have been going between homestart (BGC), Dreamstart and Momu who are both part of SSB.
Has anyone had any dealings with dream start? I want to hear about your experiences positive or negative and who you dealt with and how your house is going down the track.

It has taken a fair while to get to the start stage but they have been good so far. Our plan was really a complete rehash of one of their plans and it has taken a long while to go through the process but I think you will find that all Perth builders are the same. now that the build has started it has moved quite quickly up to now. You can check out my thread for the full story if you have the time/patience  but overall we were happy.Three years down the track, we love it. Had some maintenance issues after the first big rain season, but Dreamstart came and fixed all of it without any trouble at all, which we appreciated.
