Hi I wanted to take advantage of the grants seeing as our construction hasn’t started yet.
I’m told in WA the internal walls are brick so insulation cannot be added in-between because there’s no space unless you add another cavity. Is this true?
Seems like houses over East are built with timber stud internal walls so you can add insulation like Bradford’s Soundscreen.
I guess the advantage of having brick internal walls is the noise reduction right?
