Thankyou As for the fixed price component - Rossdale like other builders will still require to do foundation soil test to ascertain footing costs. The way they sell it is if they hit rock when digging etc it will be on them. To alleviate this it is likely the footing cost will come with some increased fat just incase. I think the workmanship in the display homes (from memory) was relatively good and on the whole they are probably one of the better large residential builders in SA. Good luck!
