Browse Forums Building A New House 1 May 24, 2020 3:26 pm Hi guys, We are about to reach handover. During PCI, we spotted there's this one articulation joint where it has caulking from the top all the way but not near the bottom(about 2 feet from the ground) because it was blocked by a downpipe and theres no way to reach it without removing the pipe. I can peek it though and indeed there was no caulking in it. Obviously i think the downpipe was installed first before the caulking was done in the joint. My builder said its alright but I'm not that convinced. Can I have your expert advice please? Thank you.
