We are going with King Homes and are just finalizing our tender at the moment. Most properties can go through a council certifier (CDC) instead of DA, cheaper an quicker this way. Builders know all of the requirements needed. Check out King Homes website as I know they are doing house and land packages for granny flats around this area. Good to see you're also building in the area. I'm building for investment purposes. Are you building for investment or to owner occupy? Thanks for your thoughts on CDC vs DA. I will look into this. We will be paying approx $400k for everything, thats with good finishes.
