I have been looking for plans where dining and living areas have views of the back. tossing between these two. the first plan would need a rear flip ( i just cant find a picture online) My lot is facing west, crossover is on the left side. Which one is better? or any suggestions of similar plans? It feels more spacious with better flow and less walls. You get a study which is great. Are you too fussed about having an alfresco ? If not, you can have a grand living area by combing the alfresco area into the house floor area. You can have a pergola built later. Builder confirmed i can switch laundry and study at no cost.
