Needs helps with facade colour scheme

I liked the 3rd one darker colours. All the best.

The roof in all three is definitely monument (with 3rd pic potentially night sky).
Window trims and gutters/fascia would also match in monument. However, fascia in 3rd pic appears to be surfmist.
Garage door in second pic is surfmist with render on exterior in the same colour to match.
Garage in 1st and 3rd is more custom and outside standard dulux colorbond garage doors.
3rd pic the render on the portico looks like dulux domino and around the garage appears to be stony creek or flooded gum (or something similar).

Yes they do them, but likely to have a price increase in thousands. Ive just had a quote for fancy garage doors and they over $10K in comparison to standard doors of less than $5k, and that’s without a builders margin..

Not unreasonable, just the cost of the door! Like I said this was direct with the garage door company, so not even a builder upgrade, just the cost of the door...

I was saying the cost of the doors was $10k, standard doors about $5K, so an additional $5000, plus whatever your builder wants to charge you,
My doors were were probably more expensive than the ones you pictured, but like I said the cost is in the thousands...
