Browse Forums Building A New House 1 May 13, 2020 8:57 pm Hello all, I'm new to this forum and seeking some advice on my floor plan. My house is south frontage and backyard is facing north.I would like to move the powder room to next to staircase as shown below. I'm guessing it would make the staircase visible as soon as someone enters the house. Would this be nice?Appreciate any feedback and recommendations on this floor plan. Even so, is it better to swap living and the kitchen? The problem after swap is that the alfresco entrance would appear somewhat blocked by kitchen island at one side and the couch from the living room side.
