Theatre room

Hi everyone

We are hoping to have a theatre room in our home. Can anyone tell me if we need to have a window in the room for ventilation purposes? We were hoping to get away with no windows.

We have a window in our Theatre room, but never opened it. Its always covered with blinds. But incase you decided to use the room for other purpose, you might need light and ventilation.

We put a window in our Home Theatre just in case it needs to be converted into a Bedroom down the track.

Yes NCC requirement, window ventilation 5% of floor area or 10% for light transmission. It can be borrowed from an adjacent room also.
