Somewhere the boys can leave their dirty shoes, bags, etc before coming in to the house. What I have come to realise though is that it is valuable space, that I could use towards our living/dining room. Would love to hear other's opinions on a mud room. Do you have one? Is it as useful as I'm thinking it would be? Would it be better incorporated into the garage? Thanks in advance.
