20/Dec 2019: Site Start date
16/Jan 2020: Site meeting with Supervisor
21/Jan: Footing installation
22/Jan: Under Slab Drains
29/Jan: Poured Slab
01/Feb: Completed Slab
12/Feb: Frame Completed
15/Feb: Fascia and Gutter Completed
19/Feb: Roof On; Plumber started
20/Feb: Brick works started
24/Feb: Started Plaster work for 7 days
26/Feb: Half done for plaster; Bricklayer is running 4 days behind due to rain
10/Mar: Carpenter starts with internal doors and skirtings
11/Mar: Kitchen installation
13/Mar: Tiler started for wet areas - 4 days to complete
16/Mar: Finish off Brickworks
19/Mar: Brickworks finished; Internal work ready for painter
20/Mar: Painter starts the project and expected to be finished after 7 days
30/Mar: Final stage of build; appliances delivered
31/Mar: Starts for electrician, airconditioning
02/Apr: Pendant Lights installed
05/Apr: Main floor tiling
08/Apr: applied for gas meter connection; aircon installed
15/Apr: kitchen Splashback installed; Taps, shower, plumbing work completed; carpet installed
20/Apr: Gas meter connected; Cooktop/oven installed
20/Apr: Started with driveway installation
21/Apr: Final inspection walkthrough
