I am building a 2 storey house and we have had significant rain for the last two months. During all of the rain we have had our particle board flooring for exposed (yes I understand it can be outside for up to 3 months) but it has been pooling water and starting to mould up.
The roof is not on yet, do you think the builder should be replacing the flooring?
