It's been a long process to come up with solutions for all the issues (slope, easements, overlooking)! Slow process indeed, we had our colour and electrical appointments back in May! Just waiting for building permit now, but that is more a formality, as the planning permit is approved! Might be another 2 to 3 weeks yet ! Not sure what (if anything) will be done prior to Christmas shutdown period in January. We'll have to keep cutting the grass!
